This is one of the more dubious converions. According to the new rules he 
could not buy running as flight(at least I don't think he can)only next to a 
surface.  He's gotta buy running and clinging. Also bear in mind that at 
this time Wally could run at the speed of light.  He didn't really do 
that in combat, but he did run faster than the 30" listed here.
