This program assumes that you have some familiarity with the rules of Spell Design as presented in the Shadowrun Rulebook 'Magic in the Shadows'.
There is inclued with this release a .dat file of the modifiers or spell design, I strongly suggest against editing it unless you know what you are doing. The program may crash rather nicely if you make changes to it that deviate from the layout of the file... If you do want to make use of your specific house rules with the Spell Designer, contact me at dvixen@home.com and I'll try to set something up for you. :)
